As full truck booking is done only on 10% of total booking amount and that is non refundable except in case of no show from our side. In that case it is 100% refundable and also you can cancel the booking only prior to the loading once loading is completed you can not cancel the booking unless there is some real issue which is unavoidable, in that case other charges are to be paid ie holding charges, dry run charges and some booking charges, which vary according to vehicle type you have booked.
In part load service there is no scope of cancellation after the loading has been completed and only can be returned once shipment has reached its destination from there it will again shipped to its origin as in part load/parcel service there are multiple shipments sent in a shared truck and can not be stopped once the truck leaves its origin centre. The shipment will only be offloaded after it reaches its destination and then it will be shipped back also there will be charges for both ways which will be charged. Booking amount which is 10% of total booking amount is non refundable unless and until we are unable to provide the required service.
