The fare charges and bill amount for transport service may vary depending on the type of transport service, time of the day, and distance traveled. Generally, the bill amount comprises the fare charges and a surcharge. The surcharge is a fee that is imposed to cover administrative and fuel costs. There are a few ways that you can receive your invoice from us. We will send you the Invoice on your registered email and on your Whatsapp also, or you can view and print your invoice from the Billing History page on your account. If you need to cancel your booking, please get in touch with one of our representatives. They will guide you in the further process. Please note that you will be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before your arrival.

Our payment terms for transport service will vary depending on the type of transport service provided and the terms negotiated between the customer and us. In general, there are two main types of payment terms that we are following:

• Prepayment: The customer pays for the entire transport service before it is delivered.
• Post payment: The customer pays for the transport service after it has been delivered, but you still have to pay some amount for loading goods.
